- 2 mangoes
- 1 lime
- sugar (one cup)
- half cup cream
Method of making Mango Ice cream
- First of all slice the mangoes.
- Now blend mangoes with blender until becomes puree.
- Add lime juice and then add sugar in it.
- Pour into plastic bowl of plastic and fold in the cream.
- Put it in freezer for about 1 hour.
- Now remove from the freezer and whisk until it becomes smooth
- Then return back to the freezer and whisk again after 25 min.
