- 1 kilo minced meat (undercut)
- 3-4 onions chopped
- 2tbsp ginger garlic paste freshly grinded
- 1 tbsp dried coriander seeds
- ½ cup dried pomegranate
- 1tbsp gram flour (baisin)
- Salt to taste
- 3 medium tomatoes chopped
- 7-8 green chilies chopped
- ½ bunch green coriander chopped
- 1 cup ghee or oil for frying
How to make Chapli kabab Recipe
- Wash mince and take aside for drain in sieve.
- After 1 hour press by hand palms and squeeze out any water inside.
- Add all the ingredients into the meat except oil or ghee.
- Marinade for 2-3 hours.
- Now on flat wok put some oil. Heat it.
- Make patties from the marinated mince and fry them in the wok till tender and brownish. The kebabs will sizzle fry them by pressing from metal spatula.
- Take them out in a platter. Serve them with burger buns or parathas or eat as it is.
